Such leaders, as a rule, hold the positions at repeated re-election. Elected leaders are far higher than followers on surgency, but the difference is scarcely significant for "effective" leaders.
Effective leaders distinguishes greater authoritativeness and independence.
Leaders who can be defined as technical (problem-solving) characterizes greater intellectuality and analyticity. They can not be considered as leaders, however bring the significant contribution to the decision of group problems.
At a choice of the leader it is necessary to consider also:
- A combination of rigidity and unreal orientation, determining propensity to political extremism.
- A combination dominance and conventionalism, defining an opportunity of displays of nationalism.
