Face Training Technique for Self-control
The principle of reverse afferentation (feedback mechanism) determines the possibility of influence on the basic personality traits by voluntary contraction (or relaxation) of correlating facial element's muscles.
Training techniques based of Autogenic Training by J.Shultz optimize the general emotional state of the person by a muscular relaxation. The proposed technique (STEMA) makes it possible to adjust the selected psychological traits in accordance with requirements of the environment or professional specifics. And certainly it helps to regulate the stressful states during daily activities!
